Every format carries a starting price and a planning range. The price covers the complete event: it is not multiplied by the number of guests, and it is the same across Canada. The final amount is written into the offer, after the site visit.

Written answer
Within one working day: whether the date is free, the contents proposed, the final amount.

Site visit
On site, or by video call if the venue is more than 150 km away. We check power, access and clear height.

Signature and deposit
A 35 % deposit on signature: that is the moment the date is held. An enquiry on its own books nothing.

Balance
The balance is payable within fifteen days of the evening, against an invoice.
The price is the same everywhere in the country, and a turnout smaller than planned does not reduce it: the kit and the crew are already booked.

About prices and payment.
Does the price depend on the number of guests?
Not directly: it is quoted for the whole evening, not per person. The number of guests matters when it changes the kit, an extra table or an extra counter for instance. A smaller turnout does not reduce the price shown.
Is the build counted in the programme hours?
No. The hours quoted are evening hours, with guests in the room. Build and strike are extra, and their duration is written into every package.
How does payment work?
A 35 % deposit on signature, the balance within fifteen days of the evening. All prices on the site are shown with taxes included and are the same everywhere in Canada.
What can push the price above the range?
Travel beyond 150 km, an overnight build, an upper floor with no lift, a room to build twice in one day, or kit hired outside the catalogue at your request. Each of those is costed separately in the offer.
