How it runs

One stage, one floor, one schedule.

  1. 01

The build starts six to seven hours before guests arrive: floor, stage, rigging, then a sound check on an empty room.

  2. 02

The technician stays at the desk all evening. Levels are set so that people can still talk at the tables during a set.

  3. 03

The last song is agreed with you in advance, and the strike only begins once the room or the dock is empty.

Venue requirements

What it takes to build.

  • 220 m² of flat surface minimum, dance floor and stage included
  • 3 m clear height for the stage and the lighting rigging
  • Two 15 A circuits, or room for two generators 15 m away from the tables
  • Noise permission until the agreed hour and access for a 7 m truck

The hours of each format are evening hours with guests in the room; build and strike are extra and appear in the package contents.

Questions

What people ask first.

Who handles the food?

You or your caterer. We build the counters and the room, and we hold the stage, the sound and the light; the food, the table service and the liquor licence stay on your side.

Does Dock Brass work on a car park?

Yes, if the surface is flat, if two generators can stand at least 15 m from the tables and if noise is permitted until the planned hour. We ask for a site visit before the final offer.

Send us the date. We send the price.

An answer within one working day, with the contents chosen and the build schedule.
